Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

hey SoyUnSueno, sorry i didn't answer to your comment but i haven't been around deviantart much lately, well, it didn't work so good as you think, my folders and some buttons are the same, and i don't have the leopard task bar, but i found it later, you have to install a patch first for themes, "UXTheme Multi-Patcher 5.5" or "PatchXP" i think the second it didn't work, after you install it, you need to reboot, the folder with the theme you have to copy and paste to c:\windows\Resources\theme then right click on the desktop-properties-themes and you choose X, for the taskbar download it from here
